"Non posso che complimentarmi con il meraviglioso personale di questa attività ormai presente sul territorio pinerolese da più di 20 anni. Le esigenze di mercato hanno portato alla soluzione del forno elettrico che più si addice a questo tipo di attività dove è richiesta qualità e velocità, questo porta però anche ad un ambiente più pulito data la mancanza di legna depositata da qualche parte. La pizza è sottile (può piacere o meno, va a gusti). L’elenco degli ingredienti utilizzati è esposta al pubblico in attività ed è facilmente consultabile. Per concludere, in un periodo dove chiunque è chef, guida michelin, gambero rosso o quant’altro, vorrei ricordare le parole di molte persone del pinerolese: “Se sai far funzionare un’attività a Pinerolo, puoi aprire ovunque”."
